Oklahoma Christian Visits Boles Campus
Tell a Friend

Posted on 03/25/2013

After being a resident in Arms of Hope's care, Megan, a current Oklahoma Christian University student, returned to campus with twenty-three of her classmates to lead the first OC Spring Break Campaign to the Arms of Hope Boles Campus.  From March 16-23, the group of students from all over the U.S. and two students from China began their trip bonding  with each other and working on team building by spending a day on the R.O.P.E.S. course.  Then they worked on various projects, had dinner with house parents and residents in the cottages, led the staff devotional, shared in community lunches with employees and helped  the campus prepare for an annual yard sale.  Megan and her sibling came to Arms of Hope in 2007, and were later adopted by an employee couple.  She is now in our College and Career program.  Megan says the group plans to make the OC Spring Break Campaign an annual tradition and break the historic record of consecutive trips held by another college group!   Watch the video below and click here to see the pictures.
